What we need from you to build a fantastic website
A list of page that you require on your site (Remember we only create and populate the number of pages included in your package)
Remember to keep your website structure simple and clear and the number of sections to a minimum. Break it down into “subpages” if necessary. e.g.
Home About Services Contact
In the above example, this shows a 7 page site: Services is a page in its own right as on this page there would probably be a synopsis about the facilities offered with links to the pages, as well as direct links to the three other pages from the sub menu.

Any existing branding
Please send a copy of your existing logo and any branding or marketing materials or guidelines?These will included:
- Any specific colours that you’d like us to use (foreground, background, highlights).
- Your business logo in AI, layered PSD or EPS format (if you do not have these then a high-resolution JPG will do).
If you do not have a logo:
– Basic – we insert a simple logo using an appropriate font and colour as part of the website. We will then supply the logo in low-res JPG format (not suitable for print).
– Professional – full bespoke logo design for £350+VAT. We supply any file type you require (AI, EPS, etc.) ready for print.
Any page text you have prepared, preferably in ‘.doc’ or ‘.docx’ (Microsoft Word) format. NB: You will be able to edit all text yourself once the site is handed over. This includes the main text/copy for the page, any client testimonials or other information you would like to include.
Any images you would like to included on the site and on which pages you would like them to be seem. Please provide these in JPEG for and an optimal size is. Images can be emailed, posted on CD/DVD or sent via www.yousendit.com or www.wetransfer.com
Business name, Address, Phone number, email address and other contact details you would like to include on the site.
If you have a social media presence please let us know the addresses or user names of your social media pages.
